February’s First ‘Fit Pic Friday

Fashion fun continues! I’ve been dressing with my spirit animal, Fran Fine, in mind for 13 months now, and this year I’m sharing weekly pics of my outfits–or, as my son calls them: ‘Fit Pics. Read about why I do ‘Fit Pic Friday on a previous post.

Thrifted: Madewell turtle neck

I keep seeing women wearing tees over turtlenecks lately. It’s another look that I associate with weird church ladies from the early 90’s, much like mom jeans. I still don’t know if I’m on board with it, but I did wear this in public.

please excuse the kindergartener-sized fingerprints on my mirror

Thrifted: Cole Haan suede oxford shoes, Urban Outfitters long sleeved henley crop top

Thrifted: vintage windbreaker, butterfly crew socks

Turns out you can Dopamine Dress in athlesiure, too

Thrifted: This aH-mazing[ly tacky?] vintage rhinestone sweater

This is the sewing project that inspired Mend it Mondaya series I hope to bring back soon!

Thrifted: flared shiny tan pants

…I’m pretty sure those things were from some kind of dance costume.

Thrifted: gaucho pants

This is what I wore to accompany my youngest son to his Sweetheart Dance. I love a theme.

That’s all, folks!

This week was a tough one for my family and I even had houseguests all week (thankfully they lightened the blow from the tough stuff). With my routines out of the ordinary, I didn’t think I came through enough for a post, but I don’t think I did so bad after all!

What do you think?
